5. Early Returns

  • If you return the vehicle earlier than your scheduled return date, the rental price usually remains unchanged.
  • Refunds for unused days are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of TIMSAUTORENTAL unless otherwise stated in your booking conditions.

6. Booking Modifications

Changes to your booking (dates, times, vehicle category, locations) may be possible, subject to availability.

  • Modifications may result in a change in price based on current rates.
  • If the new total is lower, any refundable portion will be determined according to this policy and the timing of the change.

7. Cancellations by TIMSAUTORENTAL

  • We may cancel a booking in rare cases such as:
    • Inability to verify driver eligibility or documentation.
    • Suspected fraud or misuse of the service.
    • Operational issues, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
  • Where we cancel without fault on your part, we will generally offer a full refund of any prepaid amount or propose a suitable alternative.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • TIMSAUTORENTAL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

  • If you booked through a travel agency or online platform, their cancellation and refund rules may also apply.

We understand that unexpected events (e.g., medical emergencies, extreme weather, flight disruptions) may occur. In some cases, we may review such situations individually and, at our discretion, offer flexible options, credits, or partial refunds.
